A Gym Pod is a private, one-room workout space you can reserve just for yourself or with a friend. All Pods are outfitted with commercial-grade equipment. Most have basics like dumbbells, a bench, smith, cable and cardio machines. As each Pod is unique, check The Gym Pod App for the list of equipment each Pod offers.
You can book The Gym Pod through The Gym Pod App.

Follow these steps.

  1. Show up to your Gym Pod on time (we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early!).
  2. Open up The Gym Pod App.
  3. Tap on OPEN DOOR on the home screen.
  4. Enjoy!
For weekly subscription holders, you can cancel sessions with at least 4 hours’ notice, limited to 2 cancellations per week. Pay-as-you-go users don’t have the option to cancel but you can reschedule your sessions up to 4 times.

The Weekly Subscription Plan offers you the ultimate freedom to enjoy The Gym Pod! With this plan, you gain unlimited access and can hit your fitness targets without the long-term commitment often required at other gyms. Plus, instead of paying for every visit, this weekly fee covers it all – imagine the savings!

But that’s not all; this plan also allows you to book your daily sessions up to 15 days in advance, giving you the edge in planning your workouts the way you want. 

Please use the ‘Report & Feedback’ function in the mobile app to inform us about it and we will attend to it as soon as possible.

Up to how long you book it for. Standard session time is 30 minutes but you can book it for however long you like.
Definitely, as long as The Gym Pod is booked for multiple people.

If the previous user hasn’t exit the Pod after your session has started, kindly knock on the door or open the door via the App and request for them to leave immediately.

In any case, the user refuses to leave, kindly use the ‘Report & Feedback’ function in the mobile app to inform us. Necessary actions will be taken.

All transactions to top up your wallet are non-refundable. However, your credits will never expire!

Wear comfy workout clothes and supportive shoes.

All Gym Pods are equipped with air-conditioners, so you’ll be comfortable no matter the weather.

Since The Gym Pods are fully private you won’t need to lock your things but there are cabinets in case you want to store something during your workout.

Definitely! The Gym Pod prioritizes user safety, ensuring regular cleaning and monitoring. Additionally, all Gym Pods are equipped with CCTV for enhanced safety and assistance during emergencies. We also offer an emergency contact option via our app for immediate assistance.

Yes, you can play your own music using Bluetooth speakers available in The Gym Pod.

While personal trainers may not be physically present, The Gym Pod App allows you to hire Personal Trainers from the App interface.

Temperature controls are generally fixed, but you can turn on or off the aircon through the Offline Access In Your App. You can also adjust the fan if one is provided. Check The App for specific features of each Pod.

This depends on availability. You can usually extend your session through The App, as long as no one else has booked the next slot.
